Shipping and Returns

Order Preparation

We work to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from purchase confirmation. Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 8 days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the total order amount. The exact cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

  • Spain: €5 (free shipping on orders over €59)

  • Europe: €8 (€5 on orders over €59)

Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can monitor the status and location of your delivery at any time.

 

 

Shipping Details and Address Changes

We recommend carefully reviewing your delivery address before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

In the event of unexpected shipping delays, we will inform you promptly and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Shipping Outside Europe

We currently do not ship outside of Europe.

Returns Policy

At Eau de Mallorca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we will be pleased to assist you.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

 

 

Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, suitable for resale.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the process.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is incorrect or defective due to an error by Eau de Mallorca.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, including photographs and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for replacement or refund.

Exceptions

For hygiene or personalisation reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure about a specific item, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
